The agreement for using AIPicks.ca — in plain language. By using this site or submitting a request you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1 / WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
AIPicks.ca sells informational sports predictions ("picks") generated by an AI model, and publishes a public record of every pick it issues. We are not a sportsbook. We do not place bets for you, hold your funds, guarantee any book's odds, or promise winnings. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws where you live.
2 / AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related products in your location, whichever is higher. The service is offered worldwide at our discretion and we may refuse or stop serving anyone, including for abuse or suspected fraud. Where the service is not legal where you live, do not use it.
3 / PRODUCTS AND PRICES (CAD, ONE-TIME)
Single Signal — 1 pick — CA$2.00. Double Signal — 2 distinct picks — CA$3.00 (CA$1.50 each). Signal Pack — 5 distinct picks — CA$5.00 (CA$1 each). All three use the same published qualifying filters — buying more picks does not raise accuracy. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no membership and no commission or percentage taken after any win. Prices include no hidden fees; your payment provider's own charges are between you and them.
4 / HOW ORDERING AND DELIVERY WORK
You submit the order form, receive a unique order reference, send the exact amount yourself using one of the published methods (Interac e-Transfer, Cash App, Venmo or Solana crypto), and reply with your transfer reference. An order is only accepted after the money is verified as received — a submitted form or screenshot alone is not proof of payment. Target delivery: within 24 hours of verified payment, and always before the match starts, when a qualifying signal exists. Five-pack credits are delivered over up to 14 days as qualifying signals appear. We never send a weaker pick just to fill an order. Refunds: if we cannot deliver, you may wait for a later signal or request a pro-rata refund of undelivered credits (CA$2.00 / CA$1.50 / CA$1.00 per pick) by emailing support — delivered picks are not refundable.
5 / FREE OPTIONS
The first pick is free, one per eligible person, subject to availability — no card is ever taken and nothing is owed after a win. The Weekly Drop sends up to one qualifying pick per week when available; some weeks there will be none. Free options carry the same risk warnings as paid ones and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6 / RISK DISCLOSURE — READ THIS
Predictions lose. Sometimes in streaks. No win rate, ROI or track record on this site — including the public Proof Room — predicts future results, and everything shown there is published for transparency, not as a promise. Odds move, books limit winners, and execution differs between bettors. You can lose your entire stake. Only risk money you can afford to lose, set your own limits, and stop if betting stops being fun. Safer-gambling resources are linked in every page footer.
7 / THE PUBLIC RECORD
Every pick we publish — wins, losses, voids — appears in the public Proof Room. The selection of a paid pick may be hidden from the public record until its match settles, then revealed. By using the service you agree that your email and order details are never published; only picks and outcomes are.
8 / LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIPicks.ca's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pick(s) in question. We are not liable for betting losses, missed matches, changes in odds, or decisions you make based on our predictions. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9 / CHANGES, CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
