Plain-language privacy notice for AIPicks.ca. We collect the minimum needed to send you the picks you asked for, fulfil the orders you pay for, and keep the site running. We never sell your information.
1 / WHAT WE COLLECT
Free pick request: your email, your country, and the two confirmations you tick (legal age, and that you understand this is a prediction, not a guarantee). Paid order request: your email, chosen package, country, the order reference we generate, your chosen payment method and the transfer reference you send us. Weekly Drop (when switched on): your email plus your explicit opt-in choice. Website usage: anonymous page-view statistics via Google Analytics (measurement ID G-WHKQGW98DX) — it receives no name, address or payment data. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the company hosting this website.
2 / HOW WE USE IT
Only to: deliver the free pick, weekly email or paid picks you requested; verify that your manual payment actually arrived before delivering anything; answer your support messages; prevent abuse (for example, one free pick per person); and meet legal bookkeeping duties. Your email never appears in our public Proof Room or results ledger — those publish picks and outcomes only.
3 / WHO SEES IT
Netlify (hosting and form processing) and Google (anonymous analytics). Nothing is sold, rented or shared with bettors, books or advertisers. Because our payment methods are manual transfers, your payment provider (your bank, Cash App, Venmo or wallet) processes the payment itself under its own privacy policy.
4 / YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Every weekly email contains an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it entirely by emailing prepperscanada@gmail.com; we act on verified requests promptly. Cookies: Google Analytics sets a standard analytics cookie; you can block it with your browser settings or a cookie opt-out tool without breaking the site.
5 / SECURITY AND RETENTION
The site runs on HTTPS. We never store card numbers, banking logins or your transfer passwords anywhere. Records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, accounting and dispute handling, then deleted on request. No system is perfect — if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will contact you at your email.
